Cape Jaffa Anchorage

Civil contractor for Cape Jaffa Anchorage, a sophisticated residential and commercial marina development comprised of some 500 allotments, Lucas has commenced construction which involves some 3 million m3 of material from waterways, construction of seawalls and establishment of Block making for 22km of retaining wall for edge treatment, construction of marina berths, breakwater and 700m wharf area for commercial fishing fleet, establishment of sewer system and treatment plant, and other reticulated services.

Sea Transport SA

Lucas Earthmovers were contracted to construct the ferry harbours , breakwaters, concrete loading bridges as well as the piling and fabrication of the fender strut system of the Lucky Bay & Wallaroo Ferry project.

Pt Lincoln Axel Stenross Boat Ramp

Reclamation of the sea and construction of seawalls breakwaters and concrete constructions. Lucas constructed a 500m long, 6m high seawall and ramp, on terrafix geo-membrane, and beach access ramp.

Kingston Boat Ramp

Remove existing sea wall and reinstate. Construction of bund wall around the ramp to help facilitate construction. Construction of 4 lane concrete ramps and floating pontoons.

Robe Boat Ramp

Works consisted of construction of a temporary bund to help facilitate concrete construction activities. Excavation of unsuitable material under boat ramp, backfill and install piers, pontoons and concrete 4 lane ramp & associated infrastructure.
